Tender and Bid Support

Optima offer a consulting service to contractors and developers in reviewing bids to ensure that any unforeseen costs are identified and packaged together to ensure cost certainty to the client. We specialise in identifying risks early in a project and developing solutions that are both cost effective, simple to manufacture and construct. This in turn can offer cost and programme certainty to both manufacturer developer and contractor.

Technical Support Services
Optima have experience and knowledge of product testing/evaluation along with a deep understanding relating to the performance requirements of offsite systems. Not just that, but we have experience of proving them via testing regimes to give assurance to clients, building owners and warranty providers. We can help to identify testing requirements and then deliver the certification required including BOPAS, SCI, STA, Trada and BBA certification.
We can also offer services to aid in production of Technical Literature including Technical Manuals and Standard Detail Suites, our in depth knowledge of MMCs allows us to influence the details and content at source ensuring accurate, concise content and swift turnaround.
Turnkey Design Services
Fully proficient in Revit detailing we can provide a turnkey service to project manage, design and engineer your project working with our structural partners to deliver a frozen, fully coordinated offsite design to enable fabrication drawings to commence.
We also offer services to both produce and review typical details along with gaining sign off from relevant warranty providers, or industry bodies.
