Director Joe Lewis has worked in the offsite construction industry for the last 12 years, having previously completed an advanced apprenticeship in manufacturing. Initially working for Framing Solutions with the pioneering SureBuild system, he has since worked with numerous industry leading systems such as Kingspan Kingframe and Fusion Building Systems in Project Management and Technical Management roles. He also has contributed to the SCI Light Steel forum and NHBC steering groups for light gauge steel (LGS). More recently he has worked within the timber frame industry as Technical lead for a Leicester based timber frame company MTE.

Key achievements include:

Developed and delivered LGS housing solutions for two of the top ten housebuilders in the UK including developing standard detail suites and follow on trades guidance.
Implementation of BIM working methods into two businesses successfully
BRE BIM Qualified
Project managed design and commercial elements on first full 10 storey LGS superstructure.
Project managed design and commercial elements on one of the largest LGS contacts in UK consisting of 27 blocks of Student Accommodation
Obtained Robust Detail recognition for Fusion Thermashield
Implementation and management of STA Site Safe procedures
Developed full standard detail ranges for two leading MMC providers including reviews by Trada and SCI respectively
Project managed numerous testing and accreditation renewals including BOPAS, SCI, ISO 9001
Sat on NHBC steering group for Light Gauge Steel 6.10 updates
Lead a team of up to 20 Project Managers, designers and Structural Engineers at the age of 25. Managed team during time of growth from £10m to £18m turnover in 2 year period.

Joe has extensive knowledge in the end to end process of delivering offsite construction projects having supported commercial, technical, manufacturing and construction teams. He has a passion for delivering on a project basis whilst developing in house processes to streamline and enhance company performance.
