Acting as an integral part of the design and construction team, Optima aim to optimise the benefits of Modern Methods of Construction (MMCs) ensuring all of the attributes of offsite manufacture are capitalised on utilising digital construction methods as the catalyst for success. We also work directly with Manufacturers to provide support to Research and Development projects, including building performance testing and accreditation submissions. We have a passion to aid our clients to develop and enhance internal processes to promote quality and efficiency throughout the tender, design, manufacture and construction phases.
